You need the Secret Place!

Good morning!

The early arisings continue for me! As the Lord wakes me with energy and anticipation, I’m astounded at His revelations.

I should start with this caveat: unless you spend the time set aside to listen, you can’t “catch” the same revelations. There is just something about that Secret Place that you can’t experience without “doing the time.” :)

What I began to understand on a deeper level was the glory of God. My friend sent me some videos about the glory of God and then as I prayed, I got a deeper sense of what that means. It’s almost like an invisible shield that surrounds you. Evil is still out there but it looks weak and pathetic in light of the shield of God’s glory.

“And doesn’t he also have the right to release the revelation of the wealth of his glory to his vessels of mercy, whom God prepared beforehand to receive his glory?”

When we are enveloped in His glory, there are still going to be the evils of the world until God decides to end that. Until that time, we get to choose:

Will we carry the revelation and weight of His glory like a shield wherever we go or will we knowingly step outside the shield and act surprised when we feel overcome?

He has already prepared the wealth of His glory for you! Receive it!
